David Keyes - Ministry Director
David is the founder of Valley Haven Camp and Retreat Center and has been the Director for nearly 30 years. In the late 1980s, David began construction on the current site, which was comprised of corn fields and trees at that time. His heart and passion were to provide a peaceful place for others to retreat and be renewed in Jesus. Utilizing his passion and gifting in building and construction, David has shaped the camp and retreat center over the years, building a number of facilities for groups to rest and enjoy community as they retreat together. David has been married to Finley for 39 years. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, relaxing with friends and playing with his grandsons, Zachary and Jonathan.
