LODGE & CABINS RETREAT

Cost: $28/night per person | $10 per day guest (not overnight)
Beds: 90 beds in 3 cabins and Lodge. Minimum: 2 night minimum** | $840 per night minimum Deposit: $300 (non-refundable) Included: All facilities and equipment* Pricing Examples : 20 guests for 2 nights = $1,680 30 guests for 2 nights = $1,680 60 guests for 2 nights = $3,360 **One night retreats are only available in the event of a cancellation and with permission from the Executive Director. 1 night rate is $34 per person. |

CAMPING
|
Cost: $10 per person
Included: Exclusive use of campsite with fire ring. All outdoor facilities and equipment (including bathhouse), except cabins. Indoor meeting spaces can be reserved for an additional charge. Location: The tent camping area is located right by the pool bathhouse. It is directly across from the pool beside the creek. Pricing Example: 5 people using property during the day/camping at night = $60 |
DAY RETREATS | BAPTISMS

Cost:Pool use for Baptisms = No charge
Less than 4 hours = $5 per person More than 4 hours = $10 per person Included: Pool, Pond, Fishing, Paddle boats, Bathhouse, Fields, Trails, Firepit, Grill. *Indoor meeting space can be added for an additional fee. Example 1: 20 guests for a 3 hour day retreat = $100 Example 2: 20 guests for 8 hour day retreat = $200 *Please contact us if your group has a unique situation. We will do our very best to accommodate each group. |
Reserving Your Time:
We're so excited that you'll be joining us at Valley Haven. We pray that your time is fun, encouraging, restful and that you leave feeling a sense of renewal in the Lord. The following are simple steps to reserve your time at Valley Haven:
1. Click the Book Today Button and submit the form to see if your date is available!
2. Fill out and sign all registration forms. Forms are located below.
3. Send completed forms along with the deposit. Deposits can be mailed or dropped off in person (please call ahead). Registration forms can be mailed, dropped off or emailed.
4. Once all of your items have been received, we will reserve your requested time slot.

Registration Forms:
Once you have held your retreat reservation, you will be send a link with Retreat Registration Forms to fill out. These forms should be filled out and the deposit paid within 5 days.
Checkout & Cleaning Policy

Check In Times: Check in times are at 2PM. If no one is at the camp the previous day, we can often allow groups to arrive earlier. We cannot guarantee this, however, as we need to honor everyone's reservation. Please let us know if you'd like to check on the possibility of early arrival.
Check Out Times: Check Out time is at 12PM. This allows us a 2 hour window to do any last minute restocking for the incoming group at 2PM. If no one has reserved the camp for that night, we can often allow groups to stay later. We cannot guarantee this, however, as we need to honor everyone's reservation. Please let us know if you'd like to check on the possibility of late departure. Upon checkout, your group should ensure that all items below have been completed: Checking Out: 1. Payment should be provided before your group leaves the property. Checks, Money Orders, and Cash are accepted. No credit cards please. 2. All forms provided should be completed and signed. 3. All facilities and grounds utilized should be cleaned thoroughly and returned to the same condition you found it in when you arrived. Valley Haven is a self-serve facility. We ask that you please leave it how you found it. We will provide a list of cleaning instructions upon arrival. |

Valley Haven is a Christian Camp and Retreat Center located in the mountains of North Carolina. Just outside of Hickory, NC, Valley Haven Camp and Retreat Center is a short drive from most major cities in NC, including Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Boone, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. The camp is just over an hour north of South Carolina as well.
